365 Days - Day 29

365 Days - Day 29

It's 12:39 AM and I'm awake. My chest feels heavy and thoughts are racing in my mind at speeds of over 300 mph. I know the signs of an anxiety attack when I see one and this is the real deal. I hate being like this and I hate this feeling... the fucked up thing is that a few hours ago I was fine, relaxed and at ease. Hell I even helping a close friend through an unexpected anxiety attack of his own. Did I fuck up karma? Why do I now get to have one of these... I keep telling myself that I need to just relax, breathe and calm the fuck down. Zen thoughts Terry... zen thoughts!

Hmm... what's even more fucked up: an anxiety attack or someone who grabs the camera? I think both... the jury is still out on this one.
