"If a child's depression has been caused wholly or in part by psychological factors, medication may relieve the depression, but the underlying cause will not be "cured" by medication alone."

"Other health professionals who may prescribe a drug such as a dentist or other medical specialist should be told of the medications the patient is taking."

365 Days - Day 29

365 Days - Day 29

It's 12:39 AM and I'm awake. My chest feels heavy and thoughts are racing in my mind at speeds of over 300 mph. I know the signs of an anxiety attack when I see one and this is the real deal. I hate being like this and I hate this feeling... the fucked up thing is that a few hours ago I was fine, relaxed and at ease. Hell I even helping a close friend through an unexpected anxiety attack of his own. Did I fuck up karma? Why do I now get to have one of these... I keep telling myself that I need to just relax, breathe and calm the fuck down. Zen thoughts Terry... zen thoughts!

Hmm... what's even more fucked up: an anxiety attack or someone who grabs the camera? I think both... the jury is still out on this one.
